The Main Line is filled with aging properties that require highly specialized wood, steel, and masonry repairs to maintain their original architectural character. From seamless custom carpentry that matches historic styles to expert stonework pointing, we restore your home’s structural integrity and aesthetic charm. We are also widely considered the premier builder on the Main Line for specialized stucco chimney restoration.
Comprehensive Home Repairs & Lasting Waterproofing
We tackle the difficult structural and exterior challenges common to older homes, including freeze-thaw damage, foundation moisture, and failing materials.
Masonry & Carpentry and Iron:
We "match" repair and replace stone and brick pointing, cracked or missing stucco, restore stone walkways and patios to their original look and conditions. There is nothing worse than bad pointing that stands out in a bad way by not matching existing!
We fabricate unavailable wood trims to match and address advanced wood rot on historic columns, porches, eaves, windows, and siding.
We restore ironwork and properly finish it in 2K primer and urethane topcoat for a repair that lasts decades.
We custom spray high gloss European paints (HVLP spraying) as well. If it needs restoration, we can do it !

We add clay to the perimeter, properly regrade the pitch away from your foundation, and implement French drains and gutter optimization for lasting storm protection.
